Invoiced Payment terms are 1% 10 days net 30 days. Online direct order purchases must be paid for in full at the time of checkout. We use Paypal® to process credit cards. For your protection credit card information is split and not completely stored on our website. Any information that is stored is stored on a secure server. All credit card information is deleted upon completion of processing. In stock items will ship immediately upon receipt of payment. Out of stock items will be shipped within 90 days of receipt of order and receipt of payment. If the order contains out of stock items, Bowes Manufacturing will send an email, to the provided email address, by the end of the next business day (EST) with the exact shipping date. Custom items will be quoted on request according to quantity specified.
All shipments are F.O.B. our dock, Bedford Hts., Ohio, USA 44146. Merchandise may not be returned unless specifically authorized by Bowes Manufacturing Inc.. Returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Bowes Manufacturing Inc., at our factory. A 25% handling charge will be made on all returned goods, except in the case of goods found by Bowes Manufacturing Inc., to be defective or goods shipped in error. Freight on all returned merchandise must be prepaid by the buyer.
